HOW TO PAY FEES?
We offer one complimentary FREE TRIAL class for every new member. We will then send you an invoice for the remainder of the course via email. We cannot hold spaces unfortunately and any gymnast sent to our classes with unpaid fees will be returned to the office for collection.
We have 3 terms per year which are normally 10-12 weeks long depending on individual schools. Please double check your child's school on our "CLASS DATES" page for any closures, Bank Holidays etc.
TERM: 1 Sept- Dec
TERM:2 Jan-April
TERM:3 April-July
Courses must be paid for IN ADVANCE in FULL by BACS or CASH
Account details & deadline date on your invoice
IMPORTANT: PLEASE REFERENCE YOUR PAYMENT IN YOUR CHILD'S SURNAME SO WE CAN LOCATE CORRECTLY, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR CHILD'S SURNAME DIFFERS FROM YOUR OWN
Hand any cash payments directly to coach (NOT SHOOL OFFICE PLEASE) in a clearly named envelope marked BRIGHT STARS FEES. If you are wishing to pay by cash you MUST notify us by email first so that we can hold your space.
All new term Invoices will be emailed out to you before the course is due
Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques.
Please be aware of our CLUB POLICIES before joining as once paid, our classes are non refundable.
